Turned Christmas Gifts and Ornaments (2022)
Hands-on workshop turning small Holiday items for any of three daily or half-day sessions -- ornaments (globes with icicles, "shadow" Christmas trees, mini-bird-feeders, lidded boxes, etc.) -- in a fun exercise of spindle skill-building and creative turning in artistic shape, form, and texture.

About the event
Woodturning Workshop: For Castine Arts Association members, one full day of instruction by advance individual arrangement for up to four students per day (FCFS) -- December 5 or 6 or 9 to learn and turn various Christmas ornaments @ $80/day or $50/half-day including selecting the turning blanks and turn a small art piece ornament. Bring your own wood or select from the shop inventory.
